Vineyard Information:

Sustainably and lovingly farmed in Lodi, CA, the 2022 Albariño is a delightfully aromatic and refreshing expression of this beloved Portuguese/Spanish white grape. Silvaspoons vineyard in the Lodi AVA is a beautiful property meticulously farmed by Ron Silva. Ron pays homage to his Portuguese heritage by championing Iberian grapes, providing a certified sustainable source in California for these less common varieties.

Winemaking:

The 2022 Mencía was carefully sorted before undergoing a 100% whole cluster, native fermentation which was then pressed into neutral barriques for 11 months of aging before bottling.
