Vineyard Information:

Sustainably and lovingly farmed in Lodi, CA, the 2022 Albariño is a delightfully aromatic and refreshing expression of this beloved Portuguese/Spanish white grape. Silvaspoons vineyard in the Lodi AVA is a beautiful property meticulously farmed by Ron Silva. Ron pays homage to his Portuguese heritage by championing Iberian grapes, providing a certified sustainable source in California for these less common varieties.

Winemaking:

Gently crushed and allowed to sit on the skins for an hour before pressing, this wine was fermented and aged in a combination of neutral puncheons and stainless steel which was then bottled after 11 months.
