On the nose, the wine has beautiful stone fruit characteristics and on the palate some honeysuckle, fresh pear, as well as a nice lift with salinity.
Vineyards & Winemaking:
This Muscadelle comes from a 120-year-old vineyard along Highway 12. Once picked, the Muscadelle was fermented separately, and aged in stainless steel barrels for 10 months. There was no malolactic fermentation and it was bottled in August 2023.
