Tasting Notes:

Starbright, canary-yellow tones with subtle and elegant aromas, reminiscent of pears, and dried apples, and with an abundance of mineral notes. A faint touch of white flowers, in the form of lilies, and a carnation-like perfume. On the palate, the wine demonstrates a great level of restraint and freshness. The dried apple and pear notes are consistent throughout, with the acidity not far behind.
