Tasting Notes
Aromas of dark cherry, plum, Japanese cedar and a hint of sea salt. On the palate, are notes of dark berries, cherry pie with vanilla ice cream and a touch of cinnamon. Cedar, baking spice and soft tobacco notes delicately dance with candied Italian Marasca cherries, the tannins and acidity drive longevity and ageability.
