Member Event Guidelines

Tasting Appointments

All tasting appointments are managed by the Grand Cru hospitality manager in TockTix. Member wineries that leverage the Grand Cru Elevated Hospitality will use TockTix reservation system to book and manage their tasting appointments.  If a member winery does not leverage the Grand Cru Elevated Hospitality, tasting room reservations can be requested using the work order system in Innovint and will be confirmed by the hospitality manager.

Pick-Up Parties and Winery Member Events

Each member is entitled to host two events per year in the common production area, designated barrel room, and/or crush pad.  The hosting member winery is responsible for their own glassware and all setup, take-down, and cleanup from the event.

Event days are booked on a first-come, first-served basis in 200-person blocks with a maximum of 400 members onsite on any given day.  Reservations for these types of events are managed by the Grand Cru hospitality manager using the same TockTix room reservation system that is deployed for the tasting rooms.  If a member winery does not leverage the Grand Cru Elevated hospitality, event reservations can be requested using the work order system in Innovint and will be confirmed by the hospitality manager.

Cellar Tasting Events

Each member winery is entitled to host unlimited tasting events for up to 10 guests in the common production area, designated barrel room, and/or crush pad.  The hosting member winery will be responsible for their own glassware and all setup, take-down, and cleanup from the event. Member wineries that leverage the Grand Cru Elevated Hospitality leverage the TockTix reservation system to book and manage their cellar tasting events.  If a member winery does not leverage the Grand Cru Elevated Hospitality, cellar reservations can be requested using the work order system in Innovint and will be confirmed by the hospitality manager.
