Hospitality Program Elevated Offering
Available to all member wineries for a nominal monthly fee, the Grand Cru hospitality program is designed to enable and develop DTC revenue streams. From a state of the art reservation system to pairing food with the wine, our goal is to provide a warm and professional experience to excite and educate people about your wine.
The service offering includes the following core components:
Digital booking system for customers to select date and time of a tasting (paid or not) and add select optional supplements from SHED.
Reservation widget docks on each member winery website to book tastings.
Tastings appointments are also available for booking on Grand Cru website and Tock’s homepage.
Grand Cru staffs a full-time hospitality manager with extensive wine and service experience to coordinate the room reservations, setup and break down the rooms for the tastings, and, when a member winery does not have staff available to conduct a tasting, to host tastings for an additional service fee.
All Grand Cru managed tasting appointments use Gabriel Glas, hand formed crystal stemware.
In addition to having their own tasting reservations available, member wineries can also participate in the vintner's selection tasting for walk-ups and short-notice customers.
The hospitality manager will conduct a tasting of a selection of wines that can change monthly, conduct point-of-sale on these wines, and solicit winery club sign-ups as directed.
